We can’t do it without you! The continued growth of youth lacrosse rests largely on our ability to attract, develop and maintain a dedicated and engaged group of coaches. We have extensive support to offer all coaches from the most experienced to those who have never been on the sideline. The evening will be entertaining, informative and low key! Please attend our open house to learn more and meet some the best lacrosse coaches in Rhode Island.
Boys Grade 5/6 & 7/8 Travel Team Tryouts
Assessments continue for the Boys Grade 5/6 & 7/8 Travel Teams THIS THURSDAY! All players will be assessed, only players specifically registered for the Travel Teams will be considered for those teams.
There is a higher level of commitment for the parents & players but also a rewarding higher level of play in this program. A detailed explanation of this commitment will be sent to all eligible boys shortly. Players must attend 1 of the tryouts sessions to be considered.
The prices go up next Monday! Only 8 days left to get the best possible savings. Remind your friends that the registration price goes up $50.00 per player after January 31st, no exceptions. Your US Lacrosse Membership will be created / renewed simultaneously when you register. If you have already renewed, the system will not require that step. Boys Tryouts & Evaluations. Only boys who did not attend an earlier session should attend.
The space is being utilized to run basic skill/drills clinics, run recreation, competitive and travel team assessments as well as coaching clinics. All 11 divisions (boys & girls, house, recreation, travel & competitive) will get some time on the turf. Team placement is the first priority and those assessments will take place between January 14th and February 25th. We will then schedule general practice and clinics. Check the Upcoming Events on our home page regularly to see any changes.
